Chief Executive Officer
Sorphea is Fincorp’s Chief Executive Officer and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. He began his career as a junior executive at Cambodian Public Bank and rose to become a senior executive.
His career at Cambodian Public Bank included branch management, sales and marketing, and other departments, giving him extensive experience in the banking industry.
In terms of operations, he has expertise in all aspects of banking functions, including deposits, loans, investments, and payments in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
On the marketing front, he developed strategies for increasing market share based on consumer research and focus groups. Furthermore, he created marketing plans that increased customer awareness of the bank’s products and services.
In terms of regulations, he maintained a thorough knowledge of current financial institution regulations and ensured that his employees adhered to them.
As a result of his wide-ranging banking experience, he was appointed to assume the position of Chief Executive Officer of Fincorp, where he will bring to the company the necessary knowledge and experience in order for Fincorp to achieve its mission and vision.
