Ivan brings over 15 years of experience in the banking sector and financial services to his role as Chief Operations Officer of Fincorp. He began his career in banking sales before transitioning into the field of bancassurance with ING Insurance and Hong Leong Assurance. Through the course of the period, He has led the team in educating, planning, developing, and implementing the right plan according to the customer’s needs. He has presented the best solution to meet their needs.
On a leadership level, he led groups of over 50 sales agents and achieved tremendous success in sales. This included the highest group single premium of RM 2.4 million and the highest endowment plans of RM 49,000 annually for five years. Additionally, he achieved the top sales position in Perak for bancassurance.
A passionate and motivated individual, he is always looking for opportunities to assist families in maximizing their wealth, protection, education, retirement, and building long-term wealth returns. He believes in being grateful whenever any family’s needs are met.
