As Fincorp’s Founder, Chairman, and Chief Financial Officer, Benson has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting with ING, followed by AIA Malaysia, and eventually becoming Sales Director of AIA Cambodia as the pioneer team to establish the company.
While at AIA Cambodia, he was responsible for the Bancassurance business with one of the largest commercial banks and microfinance institutions. A game-changer in the risk management industry, he drives innovation and develops strategies that have a high impact.
As of 2013, Benson has been certified by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) as a Registered Financial Planner. The founder of Fincorp believes in touching the lives of as many people as possible. Fincorp was founded in 2020 as a result of his realization of a need and demand for a boutique financial advisory service.
With Benson’s extensive knowledge of insurance and technology, he is passionate about transforming insurance with technology and making insurance a part of people’s lives.
As part of Benson’s mission to bring a new lifestyle to the local community, he aims to simplify the insurance process and close their insurance gaps by offering a wide range of insurance services.
